CONGRATULATIONS to Branch 261 Membership Chair Sandy Pitre, for winning the Howard Oakes Award for her accomplishments increasing membership numbers in the branch.

The award was presented to Sandy at the District A Spring Convention hosted by Branch 644 in Windsor, from April 11-13, 2025.
