Compliance Guidelines

01 — Wine By The Bottle

For Special Events, wine may be purchased by the bottle from our bar wine list, at the market price as of the date of the event.

02 — Purchase Beer, Wine, and Liquor

All beer, wine, and liquor purchased from our licensed bar, needs to be consumed in our hall or lounge and at no time can these beverages be taken outside of the building or into the front entrance of the building.

03 — Bartenders for Events

Bartenders for your function are paid from 30 minutes prior to bar opening, until 30 minutes after close. Two bartenders may be required when functions have more than 150 guests in attendance. For hall rentals only, if a bartender is required, the cost of the bartender will minimum wage per hour. A 15% gratuity will be added to all bar tabs. Cash bars are excluded from the 15% gratuity.

04 — Other Uses of Facility

Due to liability, the kitchen facilities are not rented to customers and guests will not have access to the kitchen facilities or contents.
